            Tikorangi War Memorial

 

The Tikorangi War Memorial was erected by 29 October 1920 (See Document below) but the planned unveiling on 21 November was cancelled due to 'incessant rain'.(TDN 25 Nov 1920) The  memorial was finally unveiled on 19 December 1920 by MP W.T. Jennings(See Document below)
