Topic: 47A King Street (1926)

Topic type:

A permit was granted to Daniel Barry on 21 October 1926 for the construction of a 'Garage' on Town Section 654, Devon Street - Boon Bros were the builders, and the estimated construction cost was £2200.

Popular local coffee roastery and cafe Ozone has occupied the building for a number of years.

However, after standing for 92 years, the building is likely to be demolished in 2018 to make way for an extension to King and Queen Hotel/West End Precinct.
