6 Ridge Lane 2017

2017 View: By Hamish Crimp

A permit was granted to Charles McNeill on December 10th 1932 for the construction of a residence on Town Section 1750, Ridge Lane - Boon Bros were the builders, and the estimated construction cost was £1700.

The architects were Griffiths & Stephenson, with a poor quality copy of the original plans held by NPDC - these are dated November 1932

This roughcast home is one of New Plymouth's best - with the exterior in largely original condition.

It is one of several large character homes on Ridge Lane.
