The Tonga River.  The Tonga River was right over on the Pilot Point side of the estuary.   This seems to be its preferred emptying into the sea point.  There was a stiff southerly blowing.

The Family of Rocks.  They were gouged out as expected.  I took a series of photos featuring the family of rocks looking across the Tonga River to the Three Sisters, White Cliffs and a moody Mt Egmont.

The Tonga River.  Yesterday, a weather bomb crossed the country.  At the Tonga toilet, the river was well up.  Ferocious seas were flattened by the offshore wind.  I didn’t mention in my notes which side of the estuary the Tonga River was on, but assumed it still to be on the Pilot Point side.
